IHIP HMIS Login

IHIP allows electronic health records (EHRs) for Indian residents. Health experts can use this system to enable better care, secure patient data, and provide better diagnostics for all diseases. This will end misdiagnosis, frequent hospital visits and affordable healthcare services in the country. HIMS and IHIP will provide a better platform for healthcare members to collect data at the district and state levels. How to Login to HMIS Portal

• Visit the HIMS website page through the link
• https://hmis.nhp.gov.in
• Open the login page to avail of the “Sign-in” option.
• Next, enter your username, password and captcha code.
• Once logged in, the page will show the Update Health feature option.
• Enter the required details and hit the “Yes” button to update the details.
• The system will send a confirmation request on the screen saying, “Are you sure you want to send the update request.”
• Press the “Yes” button to confirm the details.
• It will send the updated details to the district and state administrators for approval.
• Admins’ approval will help to proceed to the next steps.
• A message will appear on the page as “Please wait for approval of the health feature update”.
• The message will remain on the screen till the District/State Administration approves the facility.
• To proceed, login to the account when the “Login to this screen” message appears.
• Select the Administration option and select the list of health facility requests.
• View the page to see the “pending status” of the healthcare request.
• The page will have two options “See Approval or Reject” the user should click on “Approve” for the page to show the approval status.
• Proceed to update your profile and continue using the Portal.
• Next, choose the Update tab after filling in all the required details.
• The system will show that the profile is approved.

• Open your HMIS account using your User ID and Password.
• Select the user category of your choice:
  • HSC users
  • PSC users
  • CHC User
  • SDH user
  • DH user
  • DHQ user
• Proceed to Data Entry Types
